Located
on beautiful Esplanade Avenue, just steps from the
restaurants, shops and entertainment venues of the
world famous French Quarter and the clubs and nightlife
of Faubourg Marigny.

Rental
Policy:
Minimum
3-night stay
Check-in is no earlier than 3 PM; Check-out is at
12 noon. Exceptions to these times must be made and
approved in advance.
There is a $100 refundable damage deposit.
Payment is due upon confirmation of the reservations.
All adult guests must be 21 years old at the time
of the stay:
No more than 3 adults are allowed.
Rates:
Three-night
minimum: $450
Each additional night: $150
One week (6 nights): $800
Two weeks (13 nights): $1750

Parking:
Parking
is extremely limited and you must have a parking permit
to park on the street during the hours of 7 am to
5 pm. A permit is available for a nominal fee. There
is also a public parking lot a few blocks away.
Reservations:
Please
